Building Information Management
Building Information Management (BIM) is essential to our design and project delivery. Our dedicated BIM manager ensures that our projects are set up to ensure efficiency in design and coordination across disciplines. Our BIM strategy is defined at project establishment, our BIM manager ensures that the project objectives and protocols are achieved to ensure fluidity in delivery.
Health & Wellbeing
Louie Rau the Cocker Spaniel joined the PB&A. team as Wellbeing Officer and Chief of Security in 2015. Responsible for providing pet therapy, Louie prides himself on his ability to reduce stress and nurture productivity within the office.
Training & Support
PB&A. promote and foster ongoing professional development and providing our staff with the skills to grow their career. At PB&A. we run weekly design and technical training sessions to ensure we keep ahead of emerging trends and construction issues. Our experience is shared, our younger staff are mentored by the more experienced staff to ensure our knowledge is shared.
