48 Esmonde Road is a unique project proposing 5 separate multi-level buildings housing commercial, hotel and residential. The site has been master-planned to provide an urban village with a high level of design quality befitting the uniqueness of the site.

Originally designed by JASMAX, PB&A completed the detailed design and documentation for Stage 1 as well as on site delivery. Amaia is the first building to be constructed providing 104mid to high range residential offerings as well as a small amount of office, retail and a gym. A concrete structural frame sits on top of a podium basement housing a unique car stacking machine supporting 81 parking spots. The façade consists of a unitised glass and aluminum system designed to minimise scaffolding requirements throughout construction. Providing a mixture of 1,2and 3 bedroom options with open balconies or enclosed winter gardens Amaia provides a range of options for owner occupiers or investors.
