Following our development of multi-level volumetric construction in Auckland the natural progression was to terrace house development. Again, Kāinga Ora. provided the opportunity to develop the concept on a number of sites in Hamilton. From Resource Consent to construction, we delivered 75 x 2- and 3-bedroom 2 level units across 8 sites.

Working with our project partners we further developed and refined the product to add the complexities of various site conditions, larger floor plates and developing standards. Lesson from previous projects were analysed and integrated and alternative materials, systems and processes were developed in an effort for greater efficiency in documentation, factory construction and onsite construction.
