The Great North Road Apartment Development marked our inaugural venture into off-site manufacturing (OSM) construction and large-scale vertical multi-unit social housing. Completed in mid-2024, this project was a collaboration with Kāinga Ora, the local council, consultants, contractors, and modular construction experts.

Located in the vibrant heart of Pt Chevalier, the development features 61 modern, warm, and dry state homes for Kāinga Ora. Designed to be both functional and community-focused, the project includes key amenities such as secure bike, car, and scooter parking, along with a communal garden designed to foster connection and support a sense of belonging.

This development not only addresses the critical need for housing but also enriches the local environment, reflecting Kāinga Ora’s commitment to creating vibrant, sustainable communities. It highlights our dedication to delivering innovative, efficient solutions for complex urban challenges, blending modern design, alternative construction methods, and a focus on community-centered outcomes.
